Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy:

  • Coverage: 6 months warranty for quality-related defects on items sold directly by Hyperlab or authorized resellers, starting from the delivery date.
  • Restrictions: Warranty void on items taken outside the original country of purchase or shipped from an authorized online purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: Buyer covers costs for returning non-defective products or items taken outside the original country of purchase.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

Products without proof of purchase, lost/stolen items, expired warranty period, non-quality-related issues after 30 days, free products, repairs through 3rd  parties, damage from misuse or external sources, unauthorized reseller purchases.

For quality-related warranty claims:

  • Inspection: After receiving and inspecting the item, we determine if it’s repairable.
  •  Repair/Replacement: Repairable products prioritized for fixing. Non-repairable items replaced with a refurbished model or new item.
  • Warranty Duration: Replacements follow the original warranty timeframe or 3 months after replacement, whichever is longer. Warranties void after full refund.
  • Warranty Claim Expiry: Claims expire 30 days after opening a claim.

Hyperlab's Liability:

Hyperlab is not liable for data loss, personal item returns, shipping damage  for non-quality related warranty claims.

Process a Warranty:

  • Contact: For defects during warranty period, contact us via at  support@hyperlab.life
  • Inspection Time: 14 business days for product inspection and conclusion.
  • Service Time: Maintenance or replacement takes about 5-7 business days.

Proof of Purchase:

  • Requirement: Sufficient proof required for warranty claims.
  • Acceptable Proof: Order number, sales invoice, dated sales receipt from authorized Hyperlab reseller.
